Founded in 2018, our directors have been servicing the Northern Territory’s signage industry for over 20 years. As an Aboriginal-owned, managed, and operated company, we take pride in investing in our community and its people.

Sinead Burnett is the Director & CEO of Absolute Signage NT. As a young Indigenous woman, she is passionate about business and how it can create opportunities for Indigenous people to achieve their goals.
After completing Year 12, Sinead spent three years working in the Community Services Sector as a Financial Capability Worker, traveling to remote Northern Territory communities to support Indigenous people in building their financial literacy. She later took time off to start a family while completing her Certificate III in Business.
Sinead then worked as an Assistant Business Manager at Gray Primary School while simultaneously working on the start-up of Absolute Signage NT. Though new to the signage industry, she was determined to learn all aspects of the business to drive its growth and success.
Today, as a business owner, Sinead leads Absolute Signage NT’s strategic direction, focusing on securing government and civil contracts, strengthening industry relationships, and expanding the company’s manufacturing capabilities. She is committed to fostering local employment, supporting Indigenous businesses, and mentoring young Indigenous entrepreneurs.
Outside of work, Sinead is a proud mother who values the balance between family and business growth, believing that success in both is built on strong relationships, determination, and community support.
Pat has worked in the Civil industry since 1996 after leaving a 15 Year career in Banking and Finance sector.
Pat has successfully achieved a Cert IV in Work Health & Safety & a Diploma of Business Management that has assisted him with his role within the Company.

Damien has worked in the Civil industry since 1989 in which time has line marked in every region in the Northern Territory, Western QLD, Northern WA & East Timor.
Damien has completed a Cert III in Civil Construction Line Marking & holds Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) Tickets for Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4.
Damien has a vast knowledge of line marking across a broad range of areas including Major Highways, Collector Roads, Streets, Car Parks, Airstrips & Warehouses.
Damien has been instrumental in the setting up of Traffic Control in the Northern Territory through the NT Government and his knowledge of Traffic Control across a variety of areas including Building, Civil & Mining.
